The service

Serenima is a personal wellbeing companion operated by Psycho-Tec Systems LLC. The public website for the company and this service is https://psycho-tec-web.onrender.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Not medical care

Serenima offers support, not medical care. It is not a substitute for professionals, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Subscriptions

Some features are offered as a paid subscription (Serenima Pro). Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or use Serenima in any way that is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
